Homeowner's Decision
Why Did the Homeowner Choose Window Tinting?
The homeowner's decision started with a simple concern: the condo felt too warm and stuffy before moving in.
Rather than choosing window film immediately, the homeowner's experience and observations helped shape the decision.
Feeling the heat during renovation
After receiving the keys, the homeowner noticed the uncomfortable indoor conditions and wanted to improve the living environment.
Learning from a relative's home
A visit to a relative's home introduced the homeowner to window tinting as a possible solution.
Looking beyond curtains
Although curtains were already installed, the homeowner wanted additional solar heat control through window film.
For the homeowner, this was about more than installing another home improvement product. It was about making the condo a more comfortable place for everyday living.
Customer Experience
Homeowner Interview: From a Stuffy Condo to a More Comfortable Home
The most meaningful part of this Bayu Jalil Condo window tinting review is hearing the homeowner's experience firsthand. During our follow-up visit, we asked about the condo's indoor comfort before and after installation.

Three Key Takeaways from the Homeowner's Interview:
Before installation
The condo felt stuffy, especially during the renovation period.
After installation
The homeowner reported better indoor comfort and mentioned that using a fan sometimes felt sufficient.
Customer recommendation
The homeowner expressed willingness to recommend VILUX to the condominium owners' group.
For our team, the homeowner's feedback was especially meaningful because it reflected their everyday experience. These observations are personal impressions rather than measured temperature reductions, and results may vary depending on the film, glass and home conditions.
Curtains and Window Film
Why Install Window Tint When You Already Have Curtains?
The homeowner already had curtains but wanted additional protection against solar heat. While curtains help with privacy and light control, suitable window films can reduce solar heat and glare entering through glass.
Curtains
Window Tint
Provide decoration and privacy
Help reduce solar heat and glare
Block light when closed
Can maintain outside views, depending on film
Manage direct sunlight
Apply directly to existing glass
Both can complement each other, depending on the curtain material, glass conditions, and selected film.
For homeowners considering a similar improvement, our house window tinting solutions explain how different residential films address heat, glare, and privacy needs.

Yes. Suitable solar control window films help reduce solar heat entering through glass, potentially improving indoor comfort. Results depend on the selected film, glass type, and sunlight exposure.
Yes. Curtains mainly manage privacy and light, while solar control window tint helps reduce incoming solar heat. Both can work together, as shown by the homeowner's decision.
It may improve comfort, but results vary. Our Bayu Jalil Condo homeowner mentioned that a fan sometimes felt sufficient after installation. However, window tinting does not guarantee that air conditioning becomes unnecessary.
Not necessarily. We recommend considering windows with stronger sunlight exposure first. Suitable installation areas depend on window orientation, room usage, glass conditions, and personal comfort preferences.
Consider sunlight exposure, existing glass, natural light preferences, privacy needs, and condominium management rules. Our team can help evaluate suitable film options for your home.
